We all remember those (wild) days when a substitute teacher had to come in. Absolute bedlam…at least for many of us… BUT the reality is, in a world of competing priorities, substitute teacher training often gets labeled as nonessential, when the truth is, they’re massively important to the whole education system.

In this concept for Kelly Education, I transformed this misconception by exploring how very necessary it actually is through exaggerating the unnecessary in the physical school space by being a lil’ bit extra. Yaaaaas slay kween.
